We’ve got a fantastic variety of apartments for you to choose from. First-time buyers might fancy a one-bedroom overlooking the canal, while for more space, you could opt for a two-bedroom with a large balcony and views over the city. Families can choose from three-bedroom corner apartments with generous open-plan living, or even street-level apartments with their own front gardens.

Our first homes are ready to move into now with over 750 residents enjoying their new homes.

Attention to detail
High Quality Brands

The attention to detail continues inside. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the open-plan living rooms with natural light, and fully-fitted contemporary kitchens - complete with integrated appliances - mean you can move in and feel right at home.

We’ve used high-quality brands, such as Vitra bathroom suites and Hansgrohe chrome brassware.

“It is a community we will nurture – a place shaped by the people who are part of it”

Secure parking
Communal gardens & spaces

You have access to bicycle stores and beautiful lobby areas, as well as landscaped communal residents' gardens, perfect for relaxing, meeting your neighbours or just enjoying a good book.

It’s time to choose your new home, here at Middlewood Locks.

CONNECTED
TO THE CITY

Middlewood Locks is just a short walk from Salford Central train station, which together with the local area, is undergoing a multimillion-pound transformation. This development will see the station extended to a total of nine platforms, designed to service over 18 trains per hour. The station offers connections to the rest of the UK, taking you directly to Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle, York and Manchester Airport, putting businesses in a prime position for their customers, staff and suppliers.

As part of this project, National Rail will be refurbishing archways along Trinity Way, creating secure, well lit, illuminated walkways, meaning you can be in the city centre within minutes. There will also be a new pedestrian bridge in place, so those living and working at Middlewood Locks will be able to walk or cycle easily to the city centre.
